Bookmark Wellness Questionnaire/Mobile ID Link on Mobile Phone
iPhone:
1) Open Wellness Questionnaire/Mobile ID (find link in email/SMS)
2) Click Send Icon at Bottom of Browser
3) Select 'Add To Home Screen'
4) Use Bookmarked Link Each Day Before Entering Work if Filling Out The Questionnaire
Android:
1) Open Wellness Questionnaire/Mobile ID (find link in email/SMS)
2) Click The Three Dots (top right corner) of Firefox Browser
3) Click Star To Bookmark
4) Select 'Add To Homescreen'
5) Use Bookmarked Link Each Day Before Entering Work if Filling Out The Questionnaire
