Hannah is the co-founder of Sync City and LVL1. She sits on both board of directors and has a long and successful track record in the political campaign industry. Prior to starting Sync Hannah Co-Founded LVL1 and has previous experience working with US, state, and local governments. When not busy running Sync & LVL1 Hannah likes long walks listening to podcasts & e-books, hanging out with her neighbors, cooking, and spending time with her three fur babies.

With over sixteen years retail experience, Mr. Rotman founded LVL1 in August of 2015 with the intent on disrupting the way companies envision service and support. Scott’s experience in third party labor, SaaS, display technologies, logistics, and analytics, drive LVL1’s determination to change the service and support landscape forever. In his free time, Scott plays PUBG with a cat on his lap.

Allyson started the company with her husband in early 2006. She brought with her over 15 years of business management experience.  She currently oversees every aspect of the company. At her prior employer she was tasked with managing all logistical and managerial issues within the company directly reporting to the owners.  The primary goal to keep everything running efficiently and overall handle things in the most cost effective manner. This background is now being utilized at Rethink to help grow the company, become more efficient and a clear vision of our future.

 

Allyson is also a member of the Governing Body for Athena Powerlink®. She is also on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Women Business Owners. 

 

Allyson and her husband Eric have a wonderful 7 year old son named Gavin. When Allyson is not working she is spending all of her time with him. She enjoys walks, biking and sewing.

Eric has had over 14 years experience in film post production and facilities design. His professional career started out at Sound Track Studios, in NY editing audio for film, and maintaining the facilities. He then moved on to Dolby Laboratories, Inc. in New York to become the Manager, NY Operations for 10 years. Here he technically designed and installed two 2k digital cinema screening rooms, two project/transfer suites, conference rooms, as well as the IT infrastructure. He has worked on over 300 films in the East Coast, and has been responsible for hundreds of screenings and premiers. He has technically supported most of the major broadcasters out of the NY area in implementing Dolby E or D.

A forward-thinking Sales Executive exceeding 20 years of experience, Tom’s reputation for the highest standards of professionalism and stellar customer service is recognized and valued across his broad client base. He is genuinely engaging, approachable and charismatic establishing strong alliances throughout all organizational levels.

With proven leadership expertise, Tom has managed channel and inside sales teams and offers comprehensive experience leading sales campaigns and directing cross-functional teams to secure new business in highly competitive environments.

Doug Thompson

Mr. Thompson is a lifelong serial entrepreneur with successful and varied business ownership experiences.  He has co-founded several computer hardware remarketing companies, with successful exits by selling his ownership while the companies still continue today.    

Sync City is the 7th company he has had ownership in.  Driving sales, marketing, and profitability have been the hallmarks of his career.   He has shown a keen understanding of marketplace opportunities and pitfalls, successfully guiding companies to growth opportunities.

Before joining Sync Mr. Modell Started Modell Associates. Andy was the publisher of The Catalogues in Aspen (1976) with the Aspen Catalogue. The catalogues were published in 17 cities in the US. Later, in the mid 80s, Andy began the first ever shopping center Catalogue. He then sold The Catalogues in August of 2008. Next, Andy started MediaBuyers LLC with a partner and disbanded in 2016. Andy has served on the Board of Aspen's Rotary Club, as well as the Board of Aspen Chamber. In 1967 Mr. Modell was Invited to Olympic trials at the Swimming Hall of Fame. In his free time, Andy is very active in open water swimming, Fishing, Canoeing, Biking, Skiing, Golf, and Surfing.
